Adv. Gad Mina
Adv. Gad Mina, the founder of the Gad Mina Law Firm, is a leading mediator and arbitrator in the fields of civil and commercial law. He is also a prominent litigator in Israel in the commercial and administrative law fields.
Adv. Gad Mina also serves as co-chairman of the Tel Aviv District's Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee and is a recognized lecturer with respect to arbitration before many legal forums, including the Institute of the Art of Law at Tel Aviv University’s Faculty of Law.
In addition to being an arbitrator and mediator, Adv. Gad Mina has over 15 years of experience representing clients before various courts in civil, commercial and administrative law, which he acquired over the years as a lawyer at two of Israel’s leading law firms.
Adv. Gad Mina has extensive knowledge and experience in representing leading companies and businesspeople in various fields of law, including corporate, contract, real estate, communications and transportation law.
Adv. Gad Mina holds an LL.B. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Masters degree in Law (LL.M) with honors from Fordham University in New York in International Business and Trade Law and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2002.

Adv. Yael Mina-Weiss
Yael Mina-Weiss is a lawyer at Gad Mina Law Firm that specializes in civil and commercial litigation. Adv. Yael Mina-Weiss accompanies the firm’s clients in litigation cases and provides them with comprehensive service, including drafting various claims and managing complex negotiations.
In addition to her expertise in civil and commercial litigation, she also has extensive experience in wills and estates, as well as providing companies with ongoing legal services.
Due to her previous work as a client manager at an advertising agency, Adv. Yael Mina-Weiss approaches her legal work with creativity and a wide outlook.
Adv. Yael Mina-Weiss completed her internship at the Jerusalem District Court and holds an LL.B. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA from the College of Management (cum laude). She was admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 2002.

Adv. Tal Gutman is a lawyer at the Gad Mina Law Firm that specializes in civil and commercial litigation.
Adv. Tal Gutman has the knowledge and expertise to accompany the firm’s clients with the legal issues in the civil and commercial field – from a dispute’s outbreak until a court judgment or out of court settlement.
Adv. Tal Gutman is involved in drafting arguments, managing negotiations with other parties and attorneys and representing clients before the various courts – all the while providing personal and professional attention to clients and employing creative thinking.
Adv. Tal Gutman holds an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University. She completed her internship in the Litigation Department at Pearl Cohen Tzedek Latzer Baratz and then joined the Gad Mina Law Firm upon her certification (in 2014).
